GCS has the privilege of hosting the SCACS basketball tournament next weekend. This event brings athletes and their families from around the state to our campus for three days of great basketball games! We invite you to attend any of the games that your schedule allows. We are also in need of help at the ticket gate and in our concessions. Would you please consider signing up for a shift or two using the link below? This would be a great service to our school, our athletes, and our GCS Booster Club!

Today is the final day to order! (2/13)

Back by popular demand, we will once again be selling Mr. Pfaehler’s famous Smoked BBQ! Please complete the form below if you would like to support our class and enjoy some delicious smoked Boston butt. (7-8 lb. pre-cook weight). The cost is $40 per Boston Butt. Orders must be placed by Friday, February 13th, and will be ready for pick up on Wednesday, February 18th from 2:30 – 4:00pm. Please complete this order form by Friday, February 13th.

Iowa testing will begin April 20th and continue through April 22nd. Testing for K5-5th and 8th grade will end on April 23rd.
Attendance is very important during these tests, so please avoid scheduling vacations or appointments that could cause your child to miss any of their scheduled test times. If you have any questions regarding the schedule, please contact your homeroom teacher.
