All grandparents and parents are invited to Grace Christian School’s Grandparents’ Day Program on
Friday, October 17th

1. All students in Kindergarten (K3-K5) and Elementary (1st-5th) will be performing.
2. Students should arrive at regular school time.
3. The “Words of Wisdom” themed program will begin at 10:00 a.m. in the Main Auditorium.
4. Elementary students will wear regular school uniforms.
5. Students in Kindergarten will wear their GCS field trip shirt with pants, knee-length shorts, or skirts
within school guidelines.
6. After the program, Grandparents are invited to visit their grandchild’s classroom and stop by the
Brandenburg Family Life Center for a Fall Craft and the Photo Booth.
7. Grandparents’ Day is an early dismissal day for ALL students. Carline dismissal begins at 11:30
a.m., and students should be picked up by 12:00 p.m.
8. We are putting together a picture slideshow of our students’ Grandparents to view during the
program. If you have a photo or two that you would like to be included, please email them to
elementary@gracelions.com. You may also include a few “Words of Wisdom” that we can put in
the video.

Please take a moment to check your K5-12 child’s lunch account balance in FACTS and ensure sufficient funds are available. Our lunch prepay system works on a debit basis, meaning funds must be added to the account before purchases can be made. Several accounts are currently running low or in the negative, so we encourage families to top up as needed.

Again, this reminder only applies to students in grades K5–12.

We are thrilled to announce the 2025 Annual GCS Golf Tournament. This year’s tournament will be hosted by the Junior and Senior Classes of Grace Christian School, and all proceeds will go to fund the Jr/Sr banquet as well as the Senior Trip. We have attached a document containing information about available sponsorships as well as a flyer with more information about the tournament.
